Conflict Materials
Tensility fully supports the effort to eliminate conflict minerals and human rights violations. Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires reporting of 4 known conflict minerals and their origins – Gold, Tin, Tungsten, and Tantalum. Tensility has conducted due diligence to ensure products do not contain minerals sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries. The specific smelter information may be found in the following CMRT file:
In support of the effort toward conflict-free minerals, Tensility gathers product data from its suppliers to increase visibility in the supply chain and will accommodate conflict-free reporting to the best of our ability. Please direct all related questions to compliance@tensility.com.
