Tensility International Corporation certifies the above listed articles are fully compliant with the requirements of European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
Under REACH regulations – Article 7, Tensility International Corporation is considered a provider of "articles." All of our products are assemblies/components, not raw materials. None of our products intentionally release substances into the environment.
Unless listed below, Tensility confirms our products do not contain any substances of very high concern (SVHC) above the specified limit, as updated June 25th, 2020.
Tensility does not manufacture, use, or place on the market any substances, mixtures, and articles restricted under REACH Annex XVII, updated October 17, 2018.
Tensility will continue to monitor the status of the Candidate List as part of our on-going effort of compliance, including the possible need under Article 33 of REACH to inform product recipients and consumers if an article contains more than 0.1% by weight per article of any substance that is added to the SVHC candidate list in the future.

Note: Copper alloy connectors contain Lead (CAS No. 7439-91-1) in concentrations up to 4% by weight. According to ANNEX XVII Entry 63, paragraph 8(k)(iv), such articles fall within the scope of Directive 2011/65/EU and are excluded from REACH SVHC restrictions.
