Under REACH regulations – Article 7, Tensility International Corporation is considered a provider of "articles." All of our products are assemblies/components, not raw materials. None of our products intentionally release substances into the environment.
Unless otherwise indicated on the part's specification sheet, Tensility confirms our products do not contain substances of very high concern (SVHC) above the specified limit, as updated January 12th, 2017.
We will continue to monitor the status of the Candidate List as part of our on-going effort of compliance, including the possible need under Article 33 of REACH to inform product recipients and consumers if an article contains more than 0.1% by weight per article of any substance that is added to the SVHC candidate list in the future.
